It’s so crazy to hear this because I was prescribed 40 mg but have been hesitant to have the whole 20 mg at once but noticed it’s so helpful to take a little more but I still shy away from it (since I hear 40MG) is the most you can take but after 2 hours of the 20 mg I noticed I’ll take a little more (feeling guilty) but notice I finally feel it like when I first took adderall. And worry about building that tolerance. I’ve been on adderall for 2 years and still struggle with feeling like I need it even thought I do, it’s a struggle but this video helps me

What the pay like?

I worked in a delivery station. I always hated staging and putting the packages on the carts for the drivers. My favorite was being on inbound. Considering also that vyvanse and methylphenidate in treatment dosages only raise blood pressure 5-7mmhg in healthy individuals in combination with a bp medication can prob be used but the point of it is that it betters symptoms like for example not getting an education, developing obesity or drug abuse etc. also keep in mind coffee and nicotine increase bp by 15mmhg each, and have synergistic effects so even if short lived it is wise to avoid those aswell as they do not have similar effects on dopamine (more skewed towards noradrenaline).

My experience is that you're on a good dosage of the right drug when you're not sure if it's working or not, but then look at what you did on it last week and you're astounded. It means the dosage isn't too low and doing nothing, and isn't too high and giving euphoria and side effects.

I've been taking concerta 18 mg for 4 days and no improvements so far. Not side effects either

I am 44yrs old and yesterday was my first day on Concerta. It made me feel mildly more calm. I was far less frustrated and I slept the entire night for the first time in god only knows how long. It was only a 18mg dose for the first week. Then I will double the dose after the first week. Today I already feel less focused than the first day. The effects lasted about 8 hrs. I was noticeably more happy and the little things that would drive me crazy didn't bother me.

You've been through a lot holy crap, I love watching your updates and really love how authentic and real you are. I've been on vyvane for 2 months now and the insomnia is so hard, sleeping is very hard and I've been blaming all my health problems on lack of sleep but damn

Vyvanse made me extremely irritable, antsy, and made me develop severe OCD. it also can reduce appetite....did the same for me.

I've delivered over 15,000 packages and the only time I was scared was when a bob cat ran in front of me. I actually like seeing dogs (big dog person) and one time I entered a property while 2 huge dogs, 2 medium dogs, and little dog all barking at me. I just talk to them and ask how their day is going and just go about my business. I think dogs reaction depends on the vibe they get from the person.

I was taking 40mg twice a day. (Years ago, I took 60 twice a day.) Recently, I still get tired and lose focus at times. When it wore off, I would have a serious downward crash. I just started taking Vyvanse 70mg. Today is my second day and I have felt tired and lacking motivation. I'm not sure what to do. I watched your other video. I am not taking vitamin C with it. Any thoughts on why it isn't working?

One suggestion you read all over the internet with Vyvanse...eat a protein rich breakfast with your medication. So the effects last longer over the day. A week ago I started with 30mg Vyvanse and while its not perfect, it already helps in some ways like concentration and calming my mind. Now I try to drink a protein shake each morning. And in a month I will upper the dosage to 50mg with my Doc. 👌 Btw...thanks for the video! 🙏
